Ingredients: OSM Farm's Organic Whey, and Organic Sea Salt.
 
Ricotta made the old fashioned, traditional way.  Once you try this you won't go back to the store bought!  Use in Manicotti and Ravioli. Or just spread on a biscuit with jam!
